Rosewood String Quartet for your Weddings or Civil Partnership
The perfect choice for your wedding ceremony and reception is a String Quartet. Rosewood String Quartet create a sophisticated and warm ambience and have a wide range of music which will suit all tastes.
Rosewood String Quartet starts playing 15 to 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony while the guests are arriving. Usually a processional is played for the bride’s entrance, perhaps a loud declamatory entrance or something more gentle, depending on the wishes of the bride and the impression she wants to make. Following the official part of the wedding ceremony music can be played during the signing of the register. The Recessional, frequently a Wedding March, is played as the couple leave. We can offer advice on finding the perfect choice of music if you need any help.
Church Weddings are greatly enhanced by the sound of a String Quartet which can sound quite like an orchestra in church acoustics. They can play with the organ during the hymns and can alternate during the rest of the service with the organist.
The Rosewood have been playing for weddings for many years but this never removes the pleasure they have in partaking in these special occasions. Many a happy tear is shed during the ceremonies!
